Atlas Care is a wholly-owned subsidiary under MOH Holdings, the holding company of Singapore's public healthcare clusters including our public hospitals and polyclinics. 

Appointed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) as the operator to deliver and facilitate care and social services to the residents of the Community Care Apartments (CCA), Atlas Care will work closely with MOH, the Ministry of National Development (MND) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB) to ensure a smooth and pleasant living experience at the CCA.​

Through a community-based care model that includes preventive care, social participation, housing support, custodial care, caregiver support and building a sense of purpose, Atlas Care strives to bring care to every home and enable ageing-in-place for seniors.
