Career Development
The career development path as a CREATE+ Therapist is as follows:
Therapist (Conditional Registration)
- Registered as a Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist (Conditional Registration) with a valid practicing license in Singapore
Therapist (Full Registration)
- Registered as a Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist in Singapore (Full Registration) with a valid practicing license in Singapore
Senior Therapist (Generalist/Specialist)
- Minimum four to seven years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist in acute and/or community based AHP services with a valid practicing license in Singapore
- Meet basic Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) level 5 criteria

Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) approved supervisor
Principal Therapist (Clinical/Education/Research/Others)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist with a valid practicing license, and with at least four years' experience as a senior therapist in Singapore
- Meet basic Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) level 5 & advanced EPAs level 3 criteria
