The Healthcare Mediation Unit (HMU) conducts conflict resolution workshops for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers from various public and private healthcare institutions who have to deal with conflict as part of their work.

Our interactive workshops are designed to provide participants the chance to role-play scenarios that are based on real-life cases.

Conflict resolution workshops

Through these workshops, participants will learn negotiation and mediation principles, techniques, and skills to help them manage, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts and disputes that occur during the course of their work. They will learn to find pragmatic solutions and maintain relationships.
