Career development

The career development path as a CREATE+ therapist is as follows:​

​Therapist (Conditional Registration)​

  • ​Registered as a Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist (Conditional Registration) with a valid practicing license in Singapore

Therapist (Full Registration)​

  • Registered as a Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist in Singapore (Full Registration) with a valid practicing license in Singapore

Senior Therapist (Generalist/Specialist)​

  • Minimum four to seven years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist in acute and/or community based AHP services with a valid practicing license in Singapore
  • Meet basic Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) level 5 criteria
  • Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)​​ approved supervisor​

​Principal Therapist (Clinical/Education/Research/Others)​

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a registered Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist with a valid practicing license, and with at least four years' experience as a senior therapist in Singapore
  • Meet basic Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) level 5 & advanced EPAs level 3 criteria
  • AHPC​ approved supervisor
