The Community Care Apartments are an assisted living public housing concept jointly launched by the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Ministry of National development (MND) and the Housing & Development Board (HDB). It integrates senior-friendly housing with care and social services that enable seniors to age independently with a peace-of-mind within the community.

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok is the first CCA, consisting of 169 units in a housing block that is integrated with a hawker centre, community garden, fitness station and an activity centre.

Located at Bukit Batok West Ave 9, this CCA is well-connected to eateries, shopping mall, public transport, healthcare facilities and other amenities. Residents requiring day care services such as rehabilitative services will be able to access Vanguard Senior Care Centre (located at Bukit Batok Care Home) within a 5-minute walking distance. 

Harmony Village @ Bukit Batok was launched in February 2021 and has TOP in Q3 2024.

 
Queensway Canopy

Queensway Canopy is the second CCA, consisting of 245 units within a wider integrated housing development. ​

Located at Queen's Crescent, this CCA is situated within the Health District @ Queenstown, Singapore's first health district that leverages innovative technology solutions to enhance residents' well-being through better built design and community-driven programmes. Senior-centred facilities within the vicinity include an Active Ageing Centre (Care), Alexandra Hospital, Queenstown Polyclinic, Nursing Home @Alexandra Campus, a community centre and food centres. 

Queensway Canopy was launched in November 2022 and is expected to TOP in Q3 2028.

 
Chai Chee Green

Chai Chee Green is the third CCA to be launched, consisting of 250 units within a wider integrated housing development which would also include 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats to encourage inclusivity and community interaction.

Located at Chai Chee Lane, seniors will enjoy easy access to the social and communal facilities nearby such as an eating house and a residents’ network centre. Commuting to other parts of Singapore is also made convenient, with the provision of bus services along Chai Chee Lane and various MRT stations within the vicinity.

Chai Chee Green was launched in December 2023 with the flats expected to be ready by 2028.​

 
Merpati Alcove

Merpati Alcove is the fourth CCA to be launched, comprising of 265 units in a housing block, within a housing development which would also include 4-room flats to promote community interaction.

Seniors can enjoy easy access to recreational and community facilities nearby, such as Circuit Road Hawker Centre and MacPherson Market and Food Centre. Commuting to other parts of Singapore is also convenient, with bus services along Mattar Road and various MRT stations within the vicinity.

Merpati Alcove is launched in October 2024 with the flats expected to be ready by 2029.
