With effect from 1 January 2017, all doctors and dentists employed by Singapore’s public healthcare institutions are covered by the MOHH Medical Malpractice Insurance (MMI) programme. Administered by Marsh-JLT Specialty (Marsh-JLT), the MMI covers claims for malpractice, negligence, disciplinary and regulatory matters.
For further information on the MOHH MMI programme, doctors and dentists employed by MOHH or the public healthcare institutions can contact Marsh-JLT or its HR contacts at their respective institutions.
