​A RECORD number of healthcare scholarships were handed out at this year’s MOHH Healthcare Scholarships Award ceremony.

A total of 301 scholarships — 277 undergraduate and 24 postgraduate — were awarded. There were plenty of excitement and joy from our new scholars as well as their proud parents at the event held at the Raffles City Convention Centre.

In his speech, the guest of honour, Minister for Health Mr Gan Kim Yong told the scholars that the healthcare scholarship represented the trust and responsibility placed on them. He urged them to do well in their studies and “be an exemplary role model”.

We wish all our scholars the best of luck and a hat tip to the MOHH Scholarships team for all their hard work.​
